Community Events

Our chapter works to connect UH students and community members with UNA initiatives and the UN Sustainable Development Goals through meaningful projects. We support local events, sustainability initiatives, and dialogues that connect global issues to community action, empowering students to take active roles in creating change, gaining experience, and building relationships in local and global communities.

Some of our recent community events:
— Community film screening
— Fundraising drives
— Educational tabling on SDG awareness
— Outdoor workdays and learning
— Human Rights Day at the Hawai’i State Capitol
